Leonard Casey

Biography

Leonard Casey brings more than 30 years of global corporate leadership experience in the energy and manufacturing sectors to his work as a Senior Business Advisor, with a particular specialty in M&A strategy and post-merger integration. As a former Divisional Managing Director (CEO-equivalent) for Fenner PLC/Michelin, he built a track record of identifying, negotiating, and integrating cross-border transactions across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, including structuring joint ventures in Saudi Arabia. Leonard's background spans deal sourcing and negotiation, post-merger integration, and operational turnarounds — including directing $40M facility expansions and asset relocations delivered ahead of schedule and within budget. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, is a co-inventor on two active industrial tool patents, and is a former member of Michelin's Strategic Operations Group. He remains active as a Vistage member, an advisory board member at The Beacon, and an executive mentor at the University of Houston's Center for Entrepreneurship. Leonard applies this depth of large-scale deal experience to help Michigan business owners and buyers navigate transactions with the same rigor used at the enterprise level.
